We now believe that Penn State will win-out and finish the season at 11-1 and tie Iowa for the conference title, which assumes that the Hawkeyes lose at Ohio State on November 14. If the Nittany Lions and Hawkeyes tie at 7-1 in the conference, both will win a share of the conference title but Iowa will win the tie-breaker to head to the Rose Bowl. This week, we are predicting that USC and Penn State meet in the BCA Fiesta Bowl in a rematch of last year’s Rose Bowl game.
