We believe that Penn State will lose this weekend against Michigan State and finish the season at 9-3, and head to the Capital One Bowl. Meanwhile, thanks to PSU’s loss, we project that a 2-loss Iowa Hawkeye team go to the BCS, and in this case, the Fiesta Bowl. If Penn State wins on Saturday, it will be the Nittany Lions that head to Arizona for the Fiesta Bowl.

When changes are made, the team is denoted with a line through the previous prediction, such as this: Penn State
When a team is underlined, they have accepted a bid to the bowl specified.
